VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

 

The ASEAN Foundation (AF) is an inter-governmental, non-profit organisation established by the ten ASEAN Member States (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Viet Nam) with the mandates to promote greater awareness of ASEAN among the general public and help address poverty and socio-economic disparity issues in the region. It now invites University/Academy students of ASEAN Member States residing in Indonesia for the following Internship position:

 

RESOURCE CENTRE SUPPORT

The intern should be from a library/information science discipline with strong knowledge on archiving, cataloguing, and classification system. Knowledge on database/intranet development and document retrieval system is an advantage. 

Conditions:

Selected students shall be offered the post for three months working period and working under direct supervision of Human Resource and Administration Officer. The Foundation will support the intern with letter of reference upon the evaluation and completion of service.

Allowances:

Transportation allowance will be provided on a daily basis.
