Vivian has worked with IGOs and NGOs in Southeast Asia and East Asia region, advocating for Youth Empowerment and Youth, Peace and Security agenda. She has been involved in numerous community building projects, represented Indonesia on several of youth initiatives, collaborated with many youths on policy recommendations, implemented a range of volunteering actions, and promoted cross-cultural peace and collaboration. 

Her commitment to community development and project management continued at the ASEAN Foundation, where she served as the Programme Intern for AFMAM Plus Japan 2023, the Programme Support Consultant for AFMAM Plus Australia 2024, and currently the Project Officer for AI Ready ASEAN. As part of the AI Ready ASEAN team, Vivian is excited to discover how AI can shape a more develop and inclusive world.
