The ASEAN LIVE Creators for Change Programme is an influencer engagement initiative led by the ASEAN Foundation in collaboration with TikTok. Running from 2024 to 2025, it aims to nurture youth-led storytelling across Southeast Asia through real-time content creation.

The programme selected 20 young creators from ASEAN Member States, equipping them with the resources and support to host regular TikTok LIVE sessions over six months. Each participant received a USD 1,000 grant to enhance their content and was tasked with conducting at least six live sessions per month on themes such as education, entrepreneurship, culture, and heritage.

The creators were also mentored on effective storytelling, community engagement, and responsible digital influence. This helped amplify authentic youth perspectives on pressing social issues and promote a stronger, more inclusive ASEAN identity.

By encouraging creative expression and meaningful dialogue, the ASEAN LIVE Creators for Change Programme reinforces the ASEAN Foundation’s commitment to empowering a digitally engaged generation of youth ready to lead change and shape a vibrant regional community.
