Eci’s executive oversight, demonstrated during her prior role as Deputy Director at the Trade Union Rights Centre, ensures strategic project delivery and institutional effectiveness across all operations.
She has a proven track record in implementing and overseeing projects funded by major international donors, including the UN, USAID, DFAT, and EU. Her key strategic contributions include: leading the development of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework for the ASEAN Foundation, and managing high-profile DFAT-supported initiatives focused on women informal workers and employer-supported childcare. Eci also utilised her legal and governance skills for Global Advocacy & Representation, notably leading policy advocacy sessions to advance homeworkers’ rights and promote ethical supply chain standards under the EU-funded “Change Your Shoes” project.
