Ninik Rahayu has been leading the Operations team at the ASEAN Foundation since February 2020. She brings over 19 years of experience in finance, accounting, and grants management, with a strong background in working with international organisations.
Before joining the Foundation in 2018, Ninik worked with Save the Children USA, Research Triangle Institute, Wildlife Conservation Society, and the HIV Cooperation Programme in Indonesia. Her career includes international field assignments in the U.S., Haiti, Ethiopia, and Bangladesh, supporting emergency responses and global transitions.
Ninik holds a degree in Economic Development from Universitas Negeri Surakarta (UNS). She is skilled in various accounting systems and has managed funds from major donors such as USAID, the European Union, AUSAID, and other international agencies.
